Enrollment for the 2023-2024 School Year is Now Open!

New Student Enrollment

To enroll a new student for 3K through 8th Grade, please mail in or drop off at the school office the following forms:

Completed New Family Enrollment Form.
Non-refundable Registration Fee of $75. This can be paid in cash or check made payable to St. Alphonsus Catholic School.
Birth Certificate
Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
