Welcome to the St. Alphonsus Athletics Association!
Our mission is to provide the children at St. Alphonsus Catholic School and Parish the opportunity to participate in organized athletic activities. We strive to help our athletes develop the fundamentals of sports and learn self-worth, sportsmanship, discipline, and the importance of physical fitness.
St. Alphonsus Cougars 8th Grade Girls were the 2022 2nd Place team in the Padre Serra Tournament (Basketball), and our 8th Grade Girls Volleyball team was the 2023 Elizabeth Seton Volleyball Tournament Champions (Volleyball).
The Cougar Cross Country Club season runs in September. Practices are usually on Saturday and Sundays, with 1-2 meets per season. Registration for Cross Country takes place in early fall. Check back then for more information!
The Volleyball season runs from early August to late November. Registration for the Fall 2023 session will open in May. Registration is now open! Click the link below to register.
The basketball season runs from November to March. Registration for the 2023-2024 season will take place in early fall. Check back then for more information and a link to register.
The Track & Field season runs from March until the end of the school year. Registration for the 2024 season will take place in the spring of 2024. Check back then for more information!
